The Degree
You don't just have to pay fees for a degree, you have to work for one too.
Accounts from Girton students studying different Tripos courses are here for you to browse.
Although Cambridge students study at a College, where they receive supervisions (weekly private tutorials with a leader in the field, often a lecturer or course organiser), live and socialise, University teaching (lectures, practicals and classes) is delivered centrally by Departments with everybody on your course (irrespective of College). Everybody on a course sits the same University exams to graduate with their degree too, so the real differences between Colleges lie in work ethic, sociability and aesthetics.
